I'm a computer geek who doesn't get much activity. I try, but the demands of "being online" all day and having small children make it very hard to get fit. I'm participating because this is a good opportunity for me to get in shape to be healthier and be able to do more with my family.

I've always been a "husky" type of guy. In fact, my parents shopped for me in the husky section at Value City growing up. My family is just built this way. Fortunately, I have some height to distribute my weight around nicely.
